OUTLAW'S AT THE CAPITAL
The restaurant boasts an ever changing array of unique dishes created using British seafood caught predominantly around the coast of Cornwall.
Masterminded by Nathan Outlaw and Head Chef Pete Biggs, who source the freshest and best seafood from fishermen they know, they let the ingredients take centre stage to produce a a unique menu that has made Outlaw's justly famous.
Nathan holds 2 Michelin stars at his eponymous restaurant in the village of Rock in Cornwall. He spends time each week at the London restaurant with Pete.
Throughout the year Nathan hosts a series of Masterclasses focusing on cookery skills and seafood recipes in an intimate and informal atmosphere. These are held at the Capital Hotel and more information is available online at the Outlaw's Restaurant web page.
